What does All Inclusive Pricing encompass?
“All Inclusive Pricing” means our Residents pay one price for everything. This includes Resident’s apartment, meals, amenities, and activities. You’ll only need to pay for things like medication, doctor’s visits, additional groceries, or personal items. Enhanced Services are not included in All Inclusive Pricing and are calculated based on individual Resident needs.
What is your safety response to COVID-19?
The COVID-19 pandemic has affected older adults in many ways. Since learning of the global COVID-19 threat, Fredonia Place has been dedicated to doing all we can to protect the health of our residents and associates. We continue to work closely with our local health department to ensure that we have implemented every necessary and recommended measure to safeguard the health of our residents and staff. We reported no Resident COVID-19 cases at either Williamsville or Fredonia through 2021. The safety and well-being of our residents and associates remain our highest priority.
